How do I return an item?

Modéré Collection cannot accept return/refunds. Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, unworn with tags.

Please repackage the items and ship to PO Box 990551, BOSTON MA 02199. Return shipping fees may apply. Also email us letting us know of the exchange with the tracking number of the package being sent. Include what item you would like in the exchange or if you prefer store credit. After the item is throughly inspected, the selected exchange will be mailed via US Mail. If the selected exchange is of lesser value, store credit will be issued. If the selected exchange is of greater value, the difference will be billed to the recipient,
