Want to get your feet wet in the acting world?
“Lipstick Stains of Life”, a Boston University undergraduate thesis film has an open casting call!
SYNOPSIS: Owen, an apathetic youth cares more for his music than his family. When forced by his father to visit his elderly grandmother, he realizes too late that she is much sicker than he had imagined. This film follows Owen’s journey to understand who his grandmother was during the final moments of her life.
Owen (~18): Flannel-wearing, pot-smoking, guitar playing teen too involved in his own world and his music to care about much else. When he discovers how sick his grandmother is, he realizes just how much of a jerk he has been and must deal with those feelings of regret as he starts to uncover who his grandmother was.
AUDITIONS: Will be held on Tuesday, September 22 from 4-9 at 640 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215.

SHOOTING: The majority of the film will be shot in Virginia Beach, VA over the Thanksgiving holiday. All travel cost is included.
There will also be one additional weekend (Oct 31/Nov 1) in the Boston area.
